The condominium complex has a great lakeside location with beautiful scenery surrounding it and it's close proximity to the lake and the town of Gera Lario.

There are two bedrooms - the master bedroom offers a favourably sized double bed, an additional single sofa bed, sleeping a third person and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds and wardrobe.

A superb sofa in living area makes for a cosy relaxed vacation. There is an elegant dining area to enjoy fresh Italian dishes while enjoying the beautiful lake view. Outside, there is a good size garden where you can sunbathe as well as a terrace with table & chairs from where you can dine 'al-fresco' and take full advantage of the beautiful lake & mountain scenery.

The outdoors is a major part of this property because of its fantastic location it offers accessibility to the surrounding local attractions, you will surely enjoy the walk along the lakeside promenade, a local playground for the kids and a number of Italian restaurants around the town. A swim by the lakeside beach is also just a walk away from the property.

Gera Lario is famous for water sports, especially windsurfing and kitesurfing. The town is ideally situated with near constant winds. This attracts water sport enthusiasts and professionals who go to the 'Tabo Surf Center'. For those that want to sail, canoe or kayak, there are infinite possibilities to cross the lake and go up to the rivers; Adda & Mera, eventually arriving at Lake Mezzola.

Gera is also a popular starting point strategic point for hiking & trekking enthusiasts. The hills and mountains above Lario rise up to around 2000 metres between S. Bartolomeo over Gera and Sorico until reaching Menaggio and is an extremely popular walk for experienced hikers.

Service Charge

There is a service charge which is inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
